3004 aluminum plate is an AL-Mn series alloy, which is the most widely used anti-rust aluminum. The strength of this alloy is not high and cannot be strengthened by heat treatment. Therefore, cold working methods are used to improve its mechanical properties. It is very high in the annealed state. The plasticity is good during semi-cooling hardening, low plasticity during cooling hardening, good corrosion resistance, good weldability, and poor machinability.
