Cut coil into strip: We can cut a steel coil into several narrow steel strips to facilitate transportation, Because for container transportation, the weight of each container usually cannot exceed 26 tons, but each large roll is usually about 28 tons, so a large roll must be cut into small rolls, and because forklifts usually load 7 to 10 tons of goods at the port, in order to conveniently load them into the refiner each large steel coil is usually cut into 3 small coils. For bulk ship transportation, usually the coil weight is required to be under 18 tons, so most of the time, it is necessary to cut a large coil into 2 small coils.

Cut coil into flate steel sheet: We can flatten the steel coil and then cut it into steel sheets to the required size. In order to save loading costs the cargo is loaded into a 20-foot container through the container, so the length is usually shortened to less than 5800mm cut into lengths of 2440mm and 5800mm, widths are usually 1220mm and 1500mm. Steel plate, at the same time, we can paint the surface of the steel plate with black paint to prevent the steel plate from rusting.
